Resxt be7a11dfb0 fix all_or_nothing.gsc 
- Fixed killstreaks not working properly for classes with support or assault killstreaks
- Fixed throwing knife not given when using a class with a lethal that's not a throwing knife
- Added optional time limit parameter to SetGameLimits()
- Added bot dvars

Gamemodes

all_or_nothing.gsc

Recreation of the Modern Warfare 3 All or Nothing gamemode based on the wiki.
Sadly the scavenger killstreak doesn't work for bots since for some reason the giveLoadout() function in ReplaceKillstreaks() causes an infinite loop that crashes the game
