java: introduce yyexpectedTokens

And allow syntax error messages for 'detailed' and 'verbose' to be
translated.

* data/skeletons/lalr1.java (Context, yyexpectedTokens)
(yysyntaxErrorArguments): New.
(yysyntax_error): Use it.
