(ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED): Remove, since it infringes on

Browse Source 
the user's name space.  All uses changed to __attribute__
((__unused__)).
(yyFail, yyMemoryExhausted, yyreportAmbiguity):
Add __attribute__ ((__noreturn__)).
