* src/output.c (output_headers, output_program, output): Be sure

Browse Source 
to escape special characters when outputting filenames.
(ACTSTR_PROLOGUE, ACTSTR_EPILOGUE): Remove.
(output_headers): Don't depend on them, Use ACTSTR.
