tests: fix AT_BISON_OPTION_PUSHDEFS, AT_BISON_OPTION_POPDEFS pairs

Browse Source 
* tests/glr-regression.at, tests/java.at, tests/javapush.at:
Close properly what is opened.
Do not nest.
