* data/bison.m4: Formatting changes.
* src/scan-code.l: Avoid loops, prefer standard string functions.
(find_prefix_end): Be const correct.
Avoid useless intermediate variables.
(variant_add): Be const correct.
(parse_ref): Prefer variable definitions to assignments.
