examples: shorten the name of the calc++ files

Browse Source 
* doc/bison.texi: Turn the calc++- prefix into calc++/.
* examples/extexi (%file_wanted): Replace with
(&file_wanted): this.
* examples/calc++/local.mk: Adjust.
