* tests/calc.at (_AT_DATA_CALC_Y): Remove unused strcat declaration.
* tests/cxx-type.at (_AT_TEST_GLR_CALC): Include stdlib.h, since
we use malloc. Don't assume 'A' through 'Z' are contiguous.
