Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/maint'

* origin/maint:
  tests: use the generalized default yylex.
  tests: AT_YYERROR_DEFINE: prepare for list of ints.
  skeletons: no longer define YYLSP_NEEDED.
  c++: do not export YYTOKEN_TABLE and YYERROR_VERBOSE.
