style: rename semanticVal as value

* data/skeletons/README-D.txt: Remove, now useless and obsolete.
* data/skeletons/glr2.cc, examples/d/calc/calc.y,
* tests/calc.at, tests/d.at, tests/scanner.at (semanticVal): Replace
with...
(value): this.
