examples: include the generated header

* examples/c/bistromathic/parse.y, examples/c/lexcalc/parse.y,
* examples/c/reccalc/parse.y: here.
Add some comments.

* src/parse-gram.y (api_version): Pull out of handle_require.
Bump to 3.7.
