maint: use *.texi.

This is more consistent with the other packages, and Automake-NG
supports only *.texi.

* doc/bison.texinfo: Rename as...
* doc/bison.texi: this.
* doc/Makefile.am, examples/calc++/Makefile.am: Adjust.
