* data/push.c: Rename to...
* data/yacc.c: ... this, overwriting it.
* etc/bench.pl.in (bench_grammar): `%pure-parser'-> `%define api.pure'.
`%push-pull-parser' -> `%define api.push_pull "both"'.
Remove old yacc.c tests, and update push.c tests to yacc.c.
