lalr: print the 'reads' relation

* src/relation.h, src/relation.c (relation_print): Accept and use a
title.
Don't print empty rows.
Indent the output.
Adjust dependencies.
* src/lalr.c (initialize_goto_follows): Print 'reads' in traces.
