style: rename stmtMerge as stmt_merge

Follow the GNU Coding Style.

* doc/bison.texi, examples/c++/glr/c++-types.yy,
* examples/c/glr/c++-types.y, tests/cxx-type.at: s/stmtMerge/stmt_merge/g.
