* src/assoc.c, src/asssoc.h (assoc_t, assoc_to_string): New.

Browse Source 
Adjust all former `associativity' dependencies.
* src/symtab.c (symbol_new): Default associativity is `undef', not
`right'.
(symbol_check_alias_consistence): Adjust.
