Subject: [PATCH] cex: fix miscellaneous leaks

* src/counterexample.c (unifying_counterexample): Always free
stage3result when it exists.
* src/conflicts.c (report_state_counterexamples): free leaked bitset.
* src/state-item.c (prune_disabled_paths): free leaked queue.
