style: address syntax-check diagnostics

* examples/c/glr/c++-types.y: Formatting changes.
* po/POTFILES.in: Add missing files.
* src/reader.c: Remove useless include.
* tests/calc.at: Avoid magic values for exit.
Obfuscate calls to error.
