identifiers: dashes are letters.
Dashes can now start identifiers (symbols and directives).
* src/scan-gram.l ({letter}): Add dash.
({id}): Remove it.
* tests/input.at (Symbols): Adjust.
Remove stray comment.
* tests/regression.at (Invalid inputs): Adjust error message.
* doc/bison.texinfo (Symbols): Update.
