examples: beware of portability issue on Windows

* examples/test (diff_opts): Use --strip-trailing-cr if supported, to
avoid \n vs. \r\n issues.
* examples/c/bistromathic/bistromathic.test: When on MSYS, don't try
to check autocompletion.
