(Bison Options): s/%locactions/%locations/.  Nice Freudian slip.
Simplify the description of `--name-prefix'.
Promote `-' over `_' in directive names.
Promote `--output' over `--output-file'.
Fix the description of `--defines'.
* tests/output.at: Exercise %file-prefix and %output.
