* configure.in: Invoke AM_LIB_DMALLOC.

Browse Source 
* src/system.h: Use dmalloc.
* src/LR0.c: Be sure to have pointers initialized to NULL.
(allocate_itemsets): Allocate kernel_items only if needed.
