this one.  Remove quotes in IELR and canonical LR entry.
* doc/bison.texinfo: Remove quotes in most examples throughout.

(Table of Symbols): Likewise.
* src/ielr.c (LrType): Update documentation.
* src/parse-gram.y (content.opt): Add production for ID.
