511e79b3d4 * src/lex.h: Rename all the tokens: 
s/bENDFILEb/tok_eof/g;
s/bIDENTIFIERb/tok_identifier/g;
etc.
Let them be enums, not #define, to ease debugging.
Adjust all the code.
