8280e1797d Playing with Autoscan. 
* configure.ac: Remove the old LIBOBJ tweaks.
(AC_REPLACE_FUNCS): Add strrchr and strtol.
* lib/strrchr.c: New.
* lib/strtol.c: New, from the Coreutils 4.5.1.
