* tests/synclines.at (AT_SYNCLINES_COMPILE): Rename as...
(_AT_SYNCLINES_COMPILE): this.
Try to recognize xlc locations.
(AT_SYNCLINES_COMPILE): New.  Skips the test if we can't read the
synclines.
