* configure.ac (ENABLE_YACC): New conditional. (YACC_SCRIPT, YACC_LIBRARY): Remove. * lib/local.mk, src/local.mk: Use the former instead of the latter. * doc/local.mk: Use ENABLE_YACC to avoid installing yacc.1.
