Akim Demaille 420e7b03ec tests: de-duplicate 
* tests/conflicts.at (AT_YYLEX_PROTOTYPE): Don't define it, leave that
task to AT_DATA_GRAMMAR.
But be honest: tell AT_BISON_OPTION_PUSHDEFS all the options we use.
