* data/skeletons/glr.c (yygetToken): Return YYEMPTY when an exception
is thrown.
* data/skeletons/lalr1.cc: Log when an exception is caught.
* tests/c++.at (Syntax error as exception): Be sure to recover from
error before triggering another error.
