Akim Demaille d99361e657 * src/bison.simple: Define YYDEBUG and YYERROR_VERBOSE *after* the
user prologue.  These are defaults.
* tests/actions.at (Mid-rule actions): Make sure the user can
define YYDEBUG and YYERROR_VERBOSE.
