When fed with foo.c, clang++ 3.2 answers:

  clang: error: treating 'c' input as 'c++' when in C++ mode,
                this behavior is deprecated

* tests/output.at (AT_CHECK_OUTPUT_FILE_NAME): Use *.cc and *.hh
for C++.
