Joel E. Denny b6ca79e859 tests: handle Valgrind that complains about >&-. 
* tests/output.at (AT_CHECK_OUTPUT): Extend to accept pre-tests.
(Output files: -dv >&-): Skip test group if running
maintainer-check-valgrind.
