* data/skeletons/glr.c, data/skeletons/yacc.c (YYNOMEM): New.
Use it.
(yyexhaustedlab): Rename as...
(yynomemlab): this.
* tests/calc.at: Check it.
* doc/bison.texi: Document it.
Fix incorrect statements about non-existing constants for YYERROR etc.
