Add additional maps to getGoodMapAmount() (#100)
* Add CoD4 Pack and MW3 Pack for fillmodes * Default should be higher * Edit CoD4 Pack Waypoints * Edit MW3 waypoints - Also fixes for: Quarry, bog_sh
