* Feedback Implemented with PascalCase and Constant Renames

* Fix framset.asm comment spacing

* `BATTLEANIMFRAMESET_35` to `BATTLEANIMFRAMESET_THUNDER_WAVE_EXTRA`

* Feedback applied and labeled 1E & B2

* Fixed SpinningBone
