* Replace FAMs with `std::vector`s (or one `std::string`) in four `struct`s
* Anonymous types declared in an anonymous union are also non-standard
Only Clang complains about this (-Wnested-anon-types)
Ensure consistency in linker script parser interface
Make the declaration and definition visible when compiling
so that the compiler can warn about inconsistencies.

Notable side effects:
* Use the standard-conformant MSVC preproc
* Add test for linker script INCLUDE
* Improve wording of placement conflict errors
* Fix errors from not newline-terminated files
* Teach checkdiff about the linker script doc
* Call linker script "commands" "directives" instead

- Changes most `/* comments */` to `// comments`
- Changes `/**` block comments consistently to `/*`
- Adds consistent license comments to all files
Also renames `T_POP_SET` to `T_Z80_SET`
This requires a LOT of tricky code, mostly due to the format itself being,
er, not the most straightforward.
Everything is converted to existing RGBLINK concepts (sections, patches,
etc.), so the core code is essentially unchanged.
(A couple of genuine RGBLINK bugs were uncovered along the way, so some of
the core code *is* changed, notably regarding `SECTION FRAGMENT`s.)
All of this code was clean-roomed, so SDCC's GPLv2 license does not apply.
* Add scramble flags to RGBLINK
-S and -W will scramble ROMX and WRAMX respectively.
* Modify scramble CLI
CLI now takes a list of comma-separated values.
Added arg_error to clean up messages.

In preparation for an upcoming change
Makes for nicer error messages, complaining about EOF instead of newlines
The hack had to be kept for the lexer raw mode to avoid a bug;
see the relevant code comment for more info.
Use C11 standard _Noreturn instead of attributes (except, of course, MSVC)
Remove unused helpers
Avoid trapping in release builds, in favor of just unreachability
Improve shim when __builtin_* are not available
Fixes#307
RGBFIX can handle padding, so there's no reason why
we can't add an option to disable padding in rgblink.
