39f0f9edc0 Remove previously deprecated features (#1777) 
- Treating multi-unit strings as numbers
- `rgbasm -Wnumeric-string`
- `ldio [c], a` and `ldio a, [c]` (use `ldh`)
- `ld [c], a` and `ld a, [c]` (use `ldh`)
- `ldh [$xx], a` and `ldh a, [$xx]` (use `$FFxx`)

165bd8cb71 Allow 'dw' and 'dl' to apply to characters of strings 
Fixes #568

The old behavior of `dw "string"` can be replicated with `dw ("string")`; likewise for dl
