* GLR grammars should now use `YYRECOVERING ()' instead of `YYRECOVERING',
for compatibility with LALR(1) grammars.
* It is now documented that any definition of YYSTYPE or YYLTYPE should
be to a type name that does not contain parentheses or brackets.
