bistromathic: don't display undefined locations

Browse Source 
Currently, completion when there is a syntax error shows broken
locations.

* examples/c/bistromathic/parse.y (expected_tokens): Initialize the
location.
* examples/c/bistromathic/bistromathic.test: Check that.
