introduced a GCC-like -Werror=type

* src/complain.h : errors_flag variable
* src/complain.c : actual stuff happens here
* src/conflits.c : differentiated SR and RR conflicts
* src/getargs.c : flags_argmatch recognizes the new -Werror format
