(yygetLRActions): Replace `yyindex' with

`yytable[yyindex]' to fix typo introduced in my 2002-11-09 patch.
This fixes the regression with Sun ONE Studio 7 cc that I reported in
<http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/bug-bison/2002-November/001892.html>.
