* NEWS: Officially drop support for building Bison with K&R C,

* Makefile.maint (wget_files): Remove ansi2knr.c.
(ansi2knr.c-url_prefix): Remove.
* lib/.cvsignore: Remove ansi2knr, ansi2knr.*.
* lib/Makefile.am (AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS): Remove.
* src/Makefile.am (AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS): Remove.
