Theophile RanquetandAkim Demaille 90b1335aed maint: fix an erroneous include 
This fixes test 130 (Several parsers).

* data/location.cc: Include <iostream> rather than <iosfwd> since
we really need << on strings for instance.
* NEWS: Document this.
