Akim Demaille f1526426cd build: stop using bison -y ...

* Makefile.am (YACC): Pass -o y.tab.c, so that ylwrap is happy, and
yet we don't pass --yacc to bison.
(AM_YFLAGS): Disable Yacc warnings.
