* tests/local.at (AT_LOCATION_TYPE_IF): Turn into...
(AT_LOCATION_TYPE_SPAN_IF): this.
Adjust dependencies.
* tests/headers.at (Several parsers): Add another C++ parser,
which uses the first C++ parser's locations.
