Akim Demaille 777b0163de tests: fixes 
* tests/c++.at: Use AT_YYLEX_PROTOTYPE etc.
Which requires that we use the same argument names (lvalp, etc.).
* tests/local.at (AT_NAME_PREFIX): Fix regex.
