Akim Demaille 01466c3ebe Display the changes in cross-options.texi. 
* build-aux/cross-options.pl ($sep): New, to separate items.
	* doc/local.mk ($(CROSS_OPTIONS_TEXI)): Use diff to display the
	changes.
