* tests/atlocal.in (NO_WERROR_CFLAGS): New cpp macro.
* tests/regression.at (%error-verbose and YYSTACK_USE_ALLOCA):
New test group.
(%error-verbose overflow): New test group that reveals an
obscure bug.  Expected fail for now.
