* .cvsignore: Replace autom4te.cache and config.cache with *.cache.
Remove config.h, config.hin, intl (no longer created).
* lib/.cvsignore: Add config.h, config.hin, configmake.h, inttypes.h,
stamp-h1.

Sync bootstrap from coreutils.
