bitset_stats_xor, bitset_stats_xor_cmp, bitset_stats_and_or,
bitset_stats_and_or_cmp, bitset_stats_andn_or,
bitset_stats_andn_or_cmp, bitset_stats_or_and,
bitset_stats_or_and_cmp): Supply prototype decls, to improve the
type-checking that GCC can do.

(struct bitset_stats_struct, bitset_stats, struct bitset_struct): Remove.
